DeleteI finally figured it out. Ok, so the lady in the song is named Eileen and she doesn't know how to milk a cow so when she tried it the milk shoots out of the cow booby all over her face. So the lady in the picture put on a nametag that says EILEEN and then she put milk on her face an body jst like in the song. It's funny!
